Process Automation & Integration
AI cannot deliver when systems do not communicate. We build the flow first.
An integration architecture joining applications, data and approvals in one recorded flow.
Less manual transfer, clearer ownership and measurable processing time.
All sectors
Automation creates value when ownership, exceptions and evidence are designed into the flow.
The work maps how information moves between people and systems, identifies repetitive transfers and defines where rules, integrations or AI can help. Human approval and recovery paths are included from the beginning.
Choose the right process
A good candidate is frequent, observable and stable enough to measure.
- Clear start and completion conditions.
- Known systems, owners and exception types.
- A baseline for time, error, backlog or service level.
How the engagement works
The process is simplified before it is automated.
- Map the current flow and remove unnecessary hand-offs.
- Define data, permissions, rules and human checkpoints.
- Pilot, monitor exceptions and document recovery procedures.
What the organisation receives
The deliverables make the automation maintainable.
- Current-state and target-state process maps.
- Integration and control specification.
- Monitoring, exception, audit and ownership model.
Progress is measured through cycle time, manual touchpoints, error and exception rates, service-level performance and the cost of recovery. A workflow that cannot explain who owns failure is not considered ready for automation.
Failure paths are part of the design
A process map should show what happens when a source system is unavailable, required data is missing, an approval is late or an automated action is rejected. Idempotency, retries, logs and manual recovery are specified alongside the successful route. The pilot then measures completion time, exception rate, human intervention and the cost of correction. Production release requires named operational ownership, access controls and a safe way to pause or reverse the workflow.
The next version of your company will be intelligent.
ProMedia Works designs the systems behind that version.
