Website data-processing summary

The ProMedia Works enquiry form collects the visitor’s name, organisation, email address, area of interest and the message they choose to provide. The information is used to review the enquiry, contact the sender and prepare a response about the requested service.

Collection and transfer

Information is collected electronically when the visitor submits the form and is forwarded by the website server to info@promediaworks.com as an email. The current site code does not write enquiries to a separate customer database. The email and hosting providers may maintain their own security logs and retention processes.

Technical safeguards

To limit spam and repeated submissions, a one-way value derived from the IP address is used in the server temporary directory for a rate limit of approximately 30 seconds. The form code does not create a user profile from that value. Visitors should not include passwords, special-category personal data or confidential organisational information in the message.

Requests and rights

Questions or requests concerning personal information may be sent to info@promediaworks.com. Identity verification or a legally prescribed request method may be required depending on the nature of the request.

Update note: If analytics, advertising cookies, accounts or another data-collection system are added later, this notice and the relevant consent mechanisms must be reviewed and updated separately.
