PROMEDIA WORKS / MEDIA ENGINE

Graphic Design & Brand Identity

We build visual language as a system that works across touchpoints, not a collection of isolated pieces.

A visual identity that loses consistency across channels, slows production and offers little guidance.

02 / System built

A visual infrastructure of identity principles, design systems, templates and production rules.

03 / Value created

A more recognisable brand, more consistent production and a shared visual language for teams.

BRAND IDENTITY AND DESIGN SYSTEMS

A visual identity should guide both human teams and AI-assisted production.

The work translates brand strategy into rules, components and production templates that remain recognisable across web, social, video and emerging generative workflows. Consistency is treated as an operating capability, not a static logo manual.

01

Decisions the system must support

The identity clarifies what may change and what must remain stable.

  • Typography, colour, composition and image principles.
  • Channel-specific variation without losing recognition.
  • Rules for reviewing AI-assisted visual outputs.
02

How the engagement works

Existing assets and real production needs shape the system.

  • Audit current touchpoints and recurring inconsistencies.
  • Define the visual grammar and reusable component family.
  • Test templates on representative content and formats.
03

What the organisation receives

Deliverables are built for everyday production.

  • Core identity and art-direction principles.
  • Digital, social and presentation templates.
  • AI-production guidance, approval criteria and asset organisation.
Acceptance boundary

Progress is reviewed through production consistency, time to create approved assets, template reuse and recognisability across channels. The scope does not make unsupported claims about brand lift without agreed research or campaign data.

Governance for everyday production

The design system identifies which assets are authoritative, who may create variants and which changes require brand approval. Generative tools can accelerate exploration, but prompts and outputs do not replace rights review, product accuracy or art direction. Representative templates are tested with real content lengths, languages and channel dimensions before handover. A maintainable asset structure, naming convention and review checklist help internal teams and suppliers produce consistent work after the initial identity project ends.
